Who we are
This site is operated by Padel With Ysa (“we”, “us”), based in Orlando, Florida, United States. You can reach us at Info@padelwithysa.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you send us. When you submit the contact form, the sponsorship application or the media kit request, we receive the fields you filled in — typically your name, company, email address, phone number and message.
For each submission we also store the page it came from, the browser user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash is used to rate-limit abuse; it cannot be reversed back to your IP address.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
- We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels on this site.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, and to keep a record of enquiries and collaborations. That is the only purpose.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are stored on our own server and are emailed to us through Resend, our transactional email provider. The site is hosted and maintained by Mentes Inc. No one else has access.
Some pages embed video from Vimeo and YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode) and load fonts from Google Fonts. When those load, the provider receives your IP address as part of the request. We do not send them anything else about you.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links on the Links page are affiliate or discount links. If you follow one, the destination site may set its own cookies and track the visit under its own privacy policy. We receive no personal information about you from those programmes — only aggregate commission reporting.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Embedded video players may set their own cookies once you press play.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to the working relationship, and deleted on request.
Your choices
Email Info@padelwithysa.com and ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We will action it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
